There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional. They include integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiating skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
Prior to my real estate profession, I had several years of health care administrative experience. My commitment to quality care, attention to details, and outstanding service in healthcare still applies to the service that I provide to my clients and customers in real estate. My commitment to professionalism and quality service has resulted in a high percentage of loyal clients using my services again, and referring friends and family members to me.
That said, in my experience as a top producing Bossier City real estate professional for over 9 years, my philosophy of putting my clients first means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This is why I work well with a variety of clients with different real estate needs. My clients include first-time home buyers, Barksdale Air Force military personnel, corporate employees transferring, investors, and homeowners that want to upgrade or downsize to meet their personal needs throughout the seasons of their lives. I also work with both buyers and sellers regarding residential lots, lakefront property, and acreage.
In addition, I help buyers find quality builders with a solid reputation, and coordinate the transaction from finding your perfect lot to the close of your new dream home.
My market includes the Shreveport and Bossier City area, including Benton, Haughton, and surrounding areas.
